We are truly saddened at the news of Clara Jean's passing. My Mom, Carolyn (Myers) Palazzo would always tell us about the mischief that she and Clara Jean would get into. Being only two years apart in age, they were more like sisters than aunt and niece. We wish to express our sympathies to the Padgett, Myers, and Boyles families at this difficult time. May Clara Jean rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are very sorry about your loss. My late mother, Carolyn would always tell us interesting stories about growing up with her Aunt Clara Jean, who was only two years older than she, as well as her uncles, James, Hubert (who came to visit us when we were growing up) , and Lee, and aunts Marguerite and Lucy. Our prayers are with you - may she now rest in the peace of Christ.

Very sorry to hear the sad news. My deceased mother (Carolyn Ruth Myers Palazzo) always spoke so fondly of her Aunt Clara Jean. Will keep you all in my prayers. May she rest in peace.

Clara Jean and I had a lot of conversations. I will miss her greatly. I remember her favorite hymn being Great Is Thy Faithfulness. She was faithful until the very end. I'm sure she had a crowd ready to great her on the other side.

Clara Jean left an indelible imprint on my life. Her wit and wisdom were grounded by her strong faith in Jesus Christ. I treasured her as a neighbor, friend, confidante and pastor's wife. Her smile and sincerity made every encounter an encouraging one. Mike and Susan, we are praying for you and your families as you continue your journey, so aware of her absence. May God comfort and sustain you.
