I have known Mr. Wayne since I was about 6 years old when they hired my mom at Dixie Homes. I started working with the company in 2004 at Bubbas Truck N Trailer Store. Wayne then later on hired me to do my moms job as the bookkeeper for Manufactured Housing. I will be forever grateful for Wayne. He seen something in me and trusted me to learn the business because I certainly had no idea the first thing about bookkeeping. Wayne was a smart business man and thanks to him Manufactured Housing will always be my forever home. Wayne, I have learned so much and will always think of you and Mrs. Hazel as family. Words can express my gratitude. You will forever be missed!

I worked with at "Dixie Mobile Homes" as one of his employees back in the 80's and have always had the utmost respect for Wayne since that time. He was very much a learned person in many areas. He surprised me more than once with that fact. If he didnt know the answer to something, he'd find out just to be sure. I learned alot from him and he will be missed terribly. My prayers are with Hazel and the family. The world has lost a wonderful person but Heaven has gained one. RIP my friend!

I have only good memories of Wayne and Hazel. He was always so generous and kind even behind that sometimes stern expression before that special grin. He will be missed. We will be praying for Hazel, Angie, Steve and families.
