At that time the family relocated to Tulsa, OK, where he grew up and graduated from Central High School in 1966. After graduation, Bill joined the US Air Force, and was stationed at Cannon Air Force Base. It was while serving there that he met Sherribob Terral. Mr. Keeling was a machinist for the McKissick corporation making heavy equipment and heavy machinery for the oil fields. After moving to Causey, he began shredding fields for local farmers.
He enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, car racing and drag racing, watching football, especially the Sooners. In addition he liked to work on cars, repairing them and restoring them to their original beauty. He also enjoyed traveling.
