Claude Lyon

Lyon, Claude Wilson 83, passed away on March 7, 2013 due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. He was born in Dallas on July 22,1929. Upn discharge from the Navy he joined his father in Claude Lyon Insurance Agency. The business was in operation from 1949 until Claude, Jr.'s retirement. Claude was a 60 year member of the Masonic Lodge and a Past Potentate of Hella Shrine Temple. He was also an Emeritus Representative to the Imperial Shrine Council and a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite KCCH. He was a long time Director of Hella Shrine and a 42 year member of the Roustabouts of Hella Shrine Circus. He was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Lyon and Tom Lyon. He is survived by his wife, Anne Crockett Lyon, several cousins and a host of wonderful, caring friends. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm in Wildwood Chapel at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave .. Dallas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Scottish Rite Hospital or a charity of your choice.
