Cleo M Mahlik

Cleo M. Mahlik, age 92, Oconomowoc, WI, was called to her eternal rest on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Cleo was born March 9, 1930, in Two Rivers, WI, the daughter of Elmer and Evelyn (Lesperance) Duval. She graduated from Washington High School in 1948. Cleo married Jerome Mahlik September 3, 1949. Jerome (Joe) preceded her in death on December 26, 1971.

She was employed by Paragon Electric from 1967 until her retirement.

Cleo was a devoted mother to her nine children, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling around the country to spend time with her family. Cleo was a devoted member to her Catholic parishes both in Two Rivers and Hartland, WI.

She is survived by daughters Marlynne Mahlik, Karen (Chris) Pena, Alison Theis, Laurie (John) Marchi, and sons Dan (Lori), Greg (Susan), Steve (Teresa), Philip (Annette), and Matthew (Wendy). She had 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is further survived by a brother Allan Duval (Donald Kuchenbecker), sister Carol Schmitt, sisters-in-law Shirley Duval and Lucy Duval. Her brothers Daniel and Leland and brother-in-law Donald Schmitt preceded her in death.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church in Hartland, WI, July 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Fr. Ken Omernick. A grave-site service for Cleo will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery in Two Rivers. The officiant will be Fr. Dave Pleier.
