He will be missed. Unforseen occurrence affect all of us and pulls at the strings of our heart. May the pleasant memories we carry help us to cope and calm our hearts.

Cleto will be sorely missed by my wife, carla and myself Ron because we have been very good friends of his since the days when he used to play at the baked potato and then in Santa Monica at the West End he was ourfavorite person in the band of Cecilia Noel and the Wild Clams for many years. I will always remember his kind eyes and soft voice and demeanor. I hope to attend a service to pay my respects to him and his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I will always remember the happy times during the years at Kenny Guinn junior high in Las Vegas with our families.

Very sorry to hear of your great loss. It hit me very hard because on the 14th of November my son who was also 59 passed away 2 years ago. He was my only child also. May God give you all strength to get through this. My prayers for you all.

I feel as if I lost a family member. Don´t know you or your family but watched you on JK Live every night along with your father. My condolences to the Escobedo family. Cleto was an amazing musician, and a marvellous person. I'm just a fan of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and heard the band play every show. The love and fun that the band shared was obvious, even to a distant TV viewer, and his heart and spirit has made the world a better place.
I'm so grateful that I got to hear him play. My hope is that the pain will leave you quickly, and the love and wonderful memories will be there always.

I was in 6th Grade with Cleto at Kit Carson Sixth Grade Center in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Though we weren´t close friends, I definitely did not have any conflicts with him, as kids can sometimes have with other kids.
And I definitely remember him getting along well with our teacher.

What a beautiful tribute and ode to an enduring friendship...he was such a talented and kind man, and will be missed by so many. I send my love to his family, Jimmy and to all who knew this lovely and talented person.
