Cliff and I worked together when he was a Constable and I was a DPD Officer. I never had to be one bit concerned as he was not only a calming influence on calls but he always had my back. I am proud to call Cliff "FRIEND". Rest in peace for eternity MY FRIEND.

When Cliff was a Constable and I was a Cop, Cliff would ride along with me often. He was a man who could brighten anyone's day. Cliff was just a really great guy and will be missed.
