RICE _ Clifford Roy 1926 - 2006 It is with feelings of great loss we announce the passing of Cliff Rice who passed away peacefully into God's hands on Christmas Day 2006, in Calgary, at the age of 80 years. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Thelma of fifty-four years and his son Ken (Steve); daughter Colleen Hillje; granddaughters, Melissa and Danielle Hillje; Aunt Ruth (Trueman); as well as many nieces and nephews. Cliff was predeceased by his parents, John and Annie; brothers, John, Ernest and Frank; sisters, Lily, Florence, Kathelene and Edna. Cliff worked for Universal Sales and Service for forty-five years and retired at sixty-seven years in 1994. Cliff enjoyed gardening and watching the birds. He was a man with a big heart and a smile that touched everyone he knew. He loved his family and did not hesitate to brag about them, especially his granddaughters.
