Mrs. Abbey...Cliff was my mentor both in the Navy and as a civilian at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Cliff and I spent many week-ends cutting trees for firewood. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Mrs. Libby, I would like to express my condolences to you and your family. I too have lost a mate and felt the sting of death. My heart goes out to you. One of the words that brought me comfort is the promise by our Creator found at Revelatiion 21:4. We are assured that pain and everything linked to it will be no more. Isn't that soothing?

I knew Cliff through the Crowfield Plantation Architectural Review Board and Board of Directors. Cliff volunteered many hours of his personal time towards keeping Crowfield Plantation a very desirable place to live. I know I speak for many Crowfield Plantation residents in saying that I appreciate his contributions and that he will be missed by all of us who had contact with him.

To Libby,Donna, Mandy, & Donnie,
We have all lost one of the best friends we will ever have in this world. Cliff's smile and good humor will certainly be missed by all who loved him.
We need to take comfort in the fact he has now met his Jesus and is suffering no more. "When we all get to heaven what a glorious day that will be....." May the Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of you and comfort you in this time of sorrow.
