I attended UBC Law Svhool with Clint and vividly recall the wry sense of humour he exhibited. He was quiet student who had a strong sense of what was right and what was wrong. He always insisted on doing what was right. A man of high standards who helped many in his long career as the Public Trustee and officer with WorkSafeBC. He will be missed. Thomas Hara QC

Although I did not know Mr. Foote personally, I have heard much of his legacy during my last 25 years of service at the office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT). I understand that Mr. Foote was devoted to the PGT's vision of serving the legal and financial interests of society's most vulnerable citizens. I am grateful to Mr. Foote for holding the torch for all the years he did, keeping this important vision alive and being an inspiration for those who came after him. I offer my sincere condolences to Mr. Foote's family and friends.

Dear Foote family, Clint was a dear friend back in University days. Clint was a fellow alpha delt and was my Senior advisor when I pledged. His wry sense of humor I will always remember.
Respectfully, David Pegg

Clint is fondly remembered for his dry sense of humour and solid human decency. He was a treasured colleague at the Workers' Compensation Review Board.
