Clinton K. NEWMAN

NEWMAN, Clinton K., 80, of Odessa passed away on July 19, 2013. A Florida native, born on September 4, 1932, Clint is survived by: Candace K. Newman, his wife of thirty years; children Cynthia, Sheldon and Troy; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife Tommie Jean. Clint retired as a Captain of the City of Tampa's Fire Department after serving 22 years. He was an avid collector of Depression glass, antiques and a sundry of Americana. He loved traveling, the views from the porch of his North Carolina cabin, and riding with the top down in his treasured Corvette. To cherish his memory he leaves behind his loving family and countless friends. He will be forever missed. Funeral arrangements will be held at Garden of Memories, 813-626-3161 with visitation on Monday, July 22 from 6:30-8:00pm and the service on Tuesday, July 23, at 10:00am.
