Cody was a good friend to Tyler when we lived at my parents' beach house at IOP his senior year at Wando. We pray for peace and understanding from God at this difficult time.

As a parent, we dread the day our child comes home "In Love"- It is one of lifes many milestones- not only for our children but for us as parents. You hope that they make good decisions and grow from each of their 'adult relationships' but there is nothing like that "first love." Cody was my oldest child, Madison's "First Love." Cody became a constant in our lives for almost six years. Even after Cody and Madison grew apart ,Cody still remained in our lives for 15 years. I would run into him when I was back on the Island and without fail - I was greeted by a PERFECT smile, twinkling blue eyes and a warm hug. Always polite, always caring and always interested- I could not help but adore and love him-He will ALWAYS be a special person to the Sullivan family. Our Lowcountry Son. I am heartbroken and devastated at the loss of such a young life. I will continue to think of him and smile. I wanted so much for him...I will forever miss him and be thankful that we were lucky enough to know him. Rest my sweet Cody. Angel.
