I was so sad when i heard about what happened to collin. He was a great person to me and was very nice to me all the time.

Dear Colleen
My deepest condolances on the loss of your son.There is no pain greater than losing a child.Our prayers are with you as you start life without Colin. I hope you remember me , I know you came to visit me in Kelowna once years ago.You see, last year I almost lost my 10 year old son to a heart condition and I know what I was faced with and I know the depth of the pain. My heart goes out to you and your family aand you will be in our prayers. May Colin have found peace in his new life and may you find peace in your wonderful memories of him.

I am so sorry to hear of Colin's passing. We were away at the time and could not express our sympathies at the memorial service. It is a shock and unfair and as a parent of a friend it hits home very deeply to all of us. All we can do is offer loving hands to you and remember his gifts as everyone has expressed so vividly. We all remember Colin for many things...myself as a little boy in Preschool and Emily at Calgary Academy. As Emily said.."He gave us all a gift. He rode his life to its fullest and when faced with challenges he always came back with a smile on his face. I will always remember him for this".

To the Rudolph Family,
Even though we have not met, we share the same pain, as our son was killed in an MVA on July 28th, 2006 at the age of 24yrs. I wish I could tell you things will get better but I think a better way to put it is that"you will learn to live" without your son and brother and eventually the fog begins to lift. Hopefully you will seek out others that share the same type of loss in order to help you cope with your extreme grief! May the cherished memories you hold dear to your heart eventually give you peace!

I have just learned of Colin's tragic passing, while here on Vancouver Island. My heart goes out to you and all of Colin's friends as well. Colin's passing is truly a loss to us all.
Colin's ever present energy and passion for life has impacted many in the most positive of ways. I will always think of Colin as a student and person who loved living, learning and life itself. He will always stand out in my mind as a special and well-loved member of the Banded Peak School Community.
I am certain that when I look to to night sky there will be a new star that shines brightly. It has been an honor and privilege to have known and learned from Colin.

I remember my son, Bradley, an exchange student that was staying with us and myself visiting with you in Redwood Meadows along with Jean and Dennis Bauer.
