Colin Scruggs Obituary

Colin Ross Scrugs touched all of his family and friends in immeasurable ways and departed life too soon on Sunday, February 18, 2018. Colin is survived by his beloved dog and companion, Cleadus; mother and best friend, Valerie Kilby; father, Cris Scruggs (Cindy); brother, Conner Scruggs; half-brother, Christopher (Jessica) Scruggs; stepbrother, Heath Morris; and grandmother, Bobbe Scruggs. He is also survived by numerous loving family members and loyal and very close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, Va. 23234. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Richmond SPCA at 2519 Hermitage Road, Richmond, Va. 23220. Colin is now fishing with his Peepaw and Grandy.
