Dear Grant and family,
I worked with Connie at the University a number of years ago and was saddened to read in the local paper of her passing. She was always very positive about all things -- rarely seen without a smile. This will be how I remember her. Hoping the caring thoughts of family and friends are giving you some comfort at this very sad time.

I am part of the St John Ambulance Therapy Dog program and my dog Chloe and I had the great pleasure of visiting with Connie since her arrival at Sunnyside. Connie was a soft spoken, kind-hearted woman who loved animals and we often talked grandchildren too, as her and I recently became grandparents. We will miss her wonderful smile. Dear Grant & Family;
Our sincere condolences to you and your family in this time of tremendous loss.
Connie had an affectionate smile and laugh. We have many wonderful memories from when the Cambridge Fire Fighters Women's Auxillary was first started which Connie was an active member of. Over the years the women would have several reunion potluck dinners and Connie would be there.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Hi Grant,
Barb told me about Connie and it was accentuated by Tom.
We both were shocked and and I have to tell you that she's probably one of the few people I see in my mind that always had a radiant and sincere smile. You did a lot for her and between her and her "docker" I admire your love and patience. Miss you and love both of you lots...and you know that you are always welcome in our home. Rick
