Julian Cecil Riggs

Julian Cecil Riggs, 39, died Saturday, October 30, 1965, at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Keffer Riggs; four sons, John, Wayne, Robert and Michael Riggs, all of Pearisburg; three daughters, Misses Deborah, Barbara, and Vera Mae Riggs, all of Pearisburg; his parents, Rawleigh Roosevelt Riggs and Lilia Whittaker Riggs, of Staffordsville; five brothers, David and Billy Riggs, of Staffordsville; Clayton Riggs, of Pearisburg; Gilbert and Douglas Riggs, of Rosedale, PA; four sisters, Mrs. Margie Rucker, of Roanoke; Mrs. Betty Williams, Mrs. Irene Willien, and Mrs. Mary Coy, all of Rosedale, PA.

Funeral will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Pearisburg Church of God conducted by the Rev. Richard Myers and assisted by the Rev. Melton Bivens. Burial in the Gordon Cemetery, Pearisburg, with graveside rites conducted by Pembroke Lodge #174 I00F. The body remained at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home.
