I owned a tour company, Travel Adventures
into Art, for 25 years.
In the fall of 1987, Cora brought members of the Newport Art Museum on one of our first tours to New Mexico! It was one of many trips she organized with us for members of both the Newport Art Museum and the Rhode Island School of Design, to New Mexico!
Cora was a total joy to work with due to her enthusiasm, art background, love of learning and travel! She was very organized and kept her members on tour, filled with pep and curiosity for the Southwest!
I was so honored to have known and worked
with her on so many travel endeavors!
Cora lived a rich, full life dedicated
to art education. She took a small museum, the Newport Art Museum and made it into a rich regional museum!
Heartfelt thoughts to her family who she dearly loved and was so proud of!

My condolences to the family; I just learned of her death today. She was an amazing person whom I had the pleasure of meeting a few years ago.
Deepest sympathy to the family from Marty Jennings, director of alumni engagement at Olivet College, Olivet, MI
