Corey Ellis Obituary
Corey John Ellis, 42 of Pasadena, MD, passed away on December 22, 2022.
Corey is survived by his life partner: Mae Hudson; his parents: Carl Ellis, Jr. and Lorraine Rhodes Ellis; sister: Kristie (Anthony) Correll; nieces: Nayela and Everly; and a large extended family.
Corey was loved by all who knew him. He was a unique guy who enjoyed diving into deep conversations, the outdoors, the Philadelphia Eagles, and Japanese anime. He will always be remembered for his beautiful soul, inquisitive mind, bright smile, and love for animals.
Visitation: Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 10:00-11:30 am, at Donohue Funeral Home, located at 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073.
Memorial Service: Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:30 am, at Donohue Funeral Home.

To The Ellis Family, Corey would come to my Salon in Alexandria to log in the meter readings and love on my dog. Soon I was cutting his hair so I got to know him threw our conversations. He was a happy go lucky guy and the clients all thought he looked like Matthew McConaughey and I would add but better looking! Soon when someone would notice the resemblance Corey would add but better looking. More than his good looks he was such a nice guy I just wish I could have known what was truly on his mind? Surely I would have told him how much worth he had and how much he had to offer the world. I am so sad to hear of his lost to your family and friends. God Bless . Sincerely Kathy
