Craig SHYMKO Obituary
August 31, 1969 - October 4, 2014
It is with the greatest sadness we announce the passing of Craig Edward Shymko. A tragic accident claimed his life and he went home to be with our Lord and Saviour. Craig was a devoted loving husband, father, son, uncle and friend. He leaves behind his wife of 21 years Karen, his three beautiful children Sydney (17), Baylee (14) and Addisyn (5). He also leaves behind his father Edward Shymko, sister Sonia Lovely and three children Andrew, Kathleen and Evan, and brother Derek Shymko, wife Yuka and two children Kyedae and Sakura.
Craig was loved by so many and his sarcastic, joking, outgoing spirit and heart of gold will be missed by every person who came into contact with him. As our hearts ache with immense sorrow, we take comfort in Heaven's gain. Jesus, the angels and his mom Wanda Shymko have welcomed their beloved Craig home.
The Memorial will be held at Heartland Alliance Church on Thursday October 16 at 7 p.m. A light lunch to follow.

I worked with Craig years ago in Grande Prairie. He was a kind and caring family man. I found his sarcastic humor made our work place one of the funniest I will ever remember. I very sad to see his family lost him. He was too young.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Karen and the family. I am terribly sorry for your loss. Our loved ones are always with us in our hearts.

Words cannot express the sadness I felt when I heard of Craig's passing. Craig was a good friend, and I am glad we kept in touch after I left Pembina Pipeline and moved to Kelowna.
Rest in peace, my friend. You will surely be missed.
