Cynthia "Cindy" Jean Clevenger
Cynthia "Cindy" Jean Clevenger, 59, of Dixon, passed away on, Saturday, November 27, 2021, at her home in Dixon, IL. She worked as a waitress for many years prior to her retirement.
Cindy was born December 27, 1961, in McAlester, OK, the daughter of Arlan and Sara (Searcy) Stewart. She enjoyed reading, putting together puzzles, and spending time with her beloved cats. Most of all Cindy loved her family and cherished her time with them.
She is survived by her three children, Scott Cornelius of Peoria, Christa Cornelius, Heidi Cornelius both of Dixon; nine grandchildren, Kalidance, Kamberlin, Skylar, Christian, Guy, Kohlson, Koralynn, Erian, Jordan; three siblings, Julie (Keith) Perrigan of Brentwood, TN; Tom (Betty) Stewart of Morristown, TN, James (Marybeth) Stewart of Naperville; along with many nieces and nephews.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home, Ltd. in Dixon with Pastor Jack Briggs, officiating. Burial of cremated remains will be at Daysville Cemetery in Oregon, IL at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorials may be directed to Granny Rose Animal Shelter in Dixon.
Arrangements were completed by Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon.
