Cindy Crane, 58, of Evansville, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, at her home. She was born August 30, 1959, in Evansville, IN to Earl and Betty (Wilmes) Schauss.

Cindy worked for AT&T for 34 years. She loved boating, spending time with family and friends, traveling, riding motorcycles and was a fall festival fanatic. She was also an avid dog lover.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl "Bud" Schauss.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Michael Crane; mother, Betty Schauss; sister, Lori Barnhart (Mike); sisters-in-law, Bobbi Crane (Tom Arvidson) and Sue Ann Crane; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration gathering with food provided will be held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Saturday, March 24, 2018, at St. Peter's United Methodist Church, 2800 St. Philip Rd., Evansville, IN. Casual attire is welcome.

In lieu of flowers, to continue Cindy's love of dogs, a dog toy or accessory may be brought in, or donations may be made to It Takes A Village Canine Rescue, or Vanderburgh Humane Society. Condolences may be made online at www.AlexanderWestChapel.com.
