Cynthia Jamie Hoffman, age 36 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on December 8, 2022 at Honor John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on July 31, 1986.
Daughter of Barry Hoffman and Roberta Hoffman (Martin).
She worked as a Homemaker.
Cynthia is survived by her children Arralyn Dosela, Aaronson Dosela, Jayshawn Garcia, Jayceona Garcia, Isla Garcia; and her siblings Heather Haozous, Gabriel Martin, Muriel Patten, and Verdell Hoffman.
