Survived by; Daughters - Jordan Dronebarger (Tim Emanuele), Hailey Dronebarger (Mason Weddle), Step-son Walter Dronebarger IV (Holly), Adopted-son Jake Morris, Parents - Barbara Nolley and Phillip Nolley (Marti Mocahbee), Brothers - Charlie Nolley Sister-in-law Wendy and Edward Maxwell Sister-in-law Keya, Niece's and Nephew's - Chyna Nolley, Mikayla and Treyvn West, Milissa and EJ Maxwell, Former Spouse - Walter Dronebarger III (Melissa). Cynthia attended Robert E Lee High School and Southern Senior High School Class of 1989. She received her Bachelors of Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University, and was pursuing her Masters of Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
