Passed away peacefully on Tuesday at the age of 63. Beloved wife of John. Loving mother of Jill (Mike King), Brad (Rachel Rhine), and Steve. Cherished Grandma to Sarah, Simon, Sam, Amanda, Becca, and Lexi. Cinny will be missed by her ten brothers and sisters and their spouses, her mother-in-law Mary, John's four brothers and sisters and their spouses plus countless nieces and nephews. She was a cherished friend to many.

on Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and continue on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The University of Ottawa Heart Institute or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) may be made in Cinny's memory. John - we were so saddened to hear of Cynthia's passing. It seems like only yesterday when we were all together in Jasper AB. We still talk about what fun everyone had, including the bears. Our deepest condolences to you and all of the family.

John, Jill, Brad and Steve: What wonderful memories we have been blessed with. We will remember our Trivia Pursuit nights, skiing in Lake Placid, the hockey tournaments and the laughter. We have been blessed to have known this sweet lady and we want you to know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. No matter how many days passed before we talked, it was just like we had spoken the day before and she made us feel welcome. What a treasure she was and no doubt she'll be with you always.

Aunt Cinny, your laughter and warm welcome always made us yankees feel welcome even though our annual trips to Canada in the 1970s and early 1980s eventually lapsed into an absence of nearly a decade. Like clockwork, I always knew that when our paths would cross, your warm spirit would leave me feeling grateful for my kind Canadian relatives. Thank you for giving me this gift.
