To the Gray/Waddell family, Cindy was a Jewel that can never be replaced. My fond memories with Cindy in High school I will forever treasure. Cindy, your smile, laugh, kind heart, are just a few ways I will remember you. We never reunited together after 1979, but we did have a few chats on Facebook. Your Photos proved you still were the Cindy I remember. You lived such a beautiful life! I won't say we will never see each other again, because if I continue to Trust and Believe in Jesus, we will see each other one day. So Rest, Rest, Rest, my dear friend, classmate and Sister in Christ. I love you Cindy Gray Waddell. West Rowan High School Class of 1979 Classmate.

He Makes No Mistake

My Father's way may twist and turn,My heart may throb and ache,But in my soul I'm glad to know,
He makes no mistakes,My cherished plans may go astray,
My hopes may fade away,
But still I'll trust my Lord to lead,
For He doth know the way,
Though the night be dark and it may seem,
That day will never break,
I'll pin my faith, my all in Him,
He makes no mistake,
There's so much now I cannot see,
My eyesight's far too dim,
But come what may, I'll simply trust,
And leave it all to Him,
For by and by the mist will lift,
And plain it all He'll make,
Through all the way, though dark to me,
He made not one mistake.

Cynthia, aka Mavis to me was a dear friend. Our time together spans over 30 years. Almost a third of that time we were roomies. I miss her terribly, but believe that I will see her again.
Enjoy Heaven Mavis! One day we will never have to part.

My condolences to all the family and friends of Ms. Cynthia. She was full of life and loved her friends, dancing, traveling, biking and her ever changing hairstyles :-) She will be greatly missed by all and she was taken from us way to soon. I am so happy to have been called her friend and since moving away always made the time to make sure I got to see her when we were back in Texas. I will cherish our time together and our last lunch date as it was our last. Now you have all the time to dance all over the sky lovely lady. Love ya xoxox
