Czeslaw ZUKOWSKI Obituary
Czeslaw Zukowski of Edmonton passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 at the age of 67.
Czeslaw is survived by his loving wife Zofia and his loving children Agnieszka and Adam. He will be dearly missed by the entire family and friends.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 12 at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Poland Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, www.albertacancer.ca
