Dale Cushworth Obituary
CUSHWORTH Dale Of Cheshire and previously of Featherstone, aged 53 years died suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday 1st April 2015. The beloved dad of Emma, devoted and loving son of Betty and Terry, dearly loved brother of John, dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend to so many people. The funeral service and cremation for Dale will be held at Pontefract Crematorium on Tuesday 28th April at 11.20 am. Family flowers only please donations in lieu for the British Heart Foundation may be left in the donation box situated outside the crematorium exit doors. All enquiries please to R. J.
