Mr. Hollis was my high school history teacher. He was an incredible teacher, mentor, and friend. His lectures were always meaningful and fun. He bettered the lives of everybody he taught and I´m glad I got the chance to know him.

Mr. Hollis was everything a great teacher should be... passionate about his subject matter, full of knowledge that he was eager to share, and able to command a room full of restless students with ease, purpose, and a manner than inspired a love of learning. We were blessed to have learned from him.

Mr. Hollis was such a powerful influence in my high school years. He was perpetually kind and cheerful to everyone, and had such an awesome intellect and memorable sense of humor. A mental and spiritual role-model if ever there were one!
