It is with great sadness that the family of Damien Rachinski of Spruce Grove, announces his sudden passing at the age of 18 years.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from Stony Plain United Church, 5014 51 Avenue, Stony Plain, with Reverend Sally Boyle officiating.
If friends desire, Memorial Tributes may be made to the Kids Help Phone, #300 - 439 University Avenue, Toronto, ON M5G 1Y8.
