Dane...another year gone by. Reminders that we should shine brighter and brighter everyday so we leave a mark on people. Not like the time I fell asleep at the dock on the lake, the sports bra left one heck of a tan line that took months to fade....but more of a lasting one like the lives you touched.

I will always remember the sweet funny kid I met many years ago. Dane I wish I could have continued to see grow. You seemed to have been an even more wonderful young adult.

Dane had a huge heart! He was and will always be remembered as a funny and kind person. Him and Cooper would come to my store and the antics would ensue. If they werent so funny I would have kicked them out. But I found it so entertaining. I was saddened to hear of Danes passing today. Condolences to all his family and friends.

Dane was a young man of tremendous personal conviction and integrity, which was exceeded only by his compassion and interest in helping others. My brother was on his floor at Sentara Norfolk General with a broken hip. He could not get over just how devoted Dane was to his patients. Dane was one of a kind in every way imaginable and he will be sorely missed.
