Daniel Anger Obituary
Daniel W. Anger of Burt, NY, husband of the late Barbara Putnam Anger entered into rest on August 27, 2022 at home. He was born in Buffalo, NY on October 14, 1943, son of the late Edward A. Anger and Phoebe Reid. Daniel served as a Marine in the Vietnam war. He was a Professor and a Social worker, working at Erie Community College and his own private practice. He enjoyed swimming, fishing, hunting, and watching the New York Yankees. Father of Ted Anger. Brother of Berta Mae Ives and the late Edward R. Anger and Marcia Brandt. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 3-6pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11am in St. Andrews Episcopal Church 2239 W. Creek Rd. Burt, NY. Interment will be in Corwin Cemetery.
