Daniel Francis "Dan" Begg

Dan Begg passed away on May 26, 2024, in Falls Church, Virginia, at the age of 32. He was born on July 1, 1991, in Alexandria, VA. Dan leaves behind his wife Josephine, daughter Emery, mother Margaret, brother Steve, sister-in-law Whitney, nephew Brooks, nieces Elynn and Maggie, grandmother Yvonne, his several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as an extended in-law family on his wife's side.

Dan was a graduate of Bishop Ireton High School and furthered his education at the University of Mary Washington. He pursued a career in Human Resources, where he excelled with his interpersonal skills and dedication to helping others.

In his free time, Dan enjoyed being a dedicated Arsenal fan, working out, visiting breweries with friends, playing golf, traveling with his wife, and most of all, spending quality time with his family. Dan, known for his outgoing and friendly personality, was a caring and selfless person, who was always known for being the life of the party. He made everyone around him feel welcomed, appreciated and loved.

Dan held many titles in his life, including favorite uncle ("Duncle"), and devoted husband. But his favorite role was being a father. He loved nothing more than spending time with his daughter Emery, watching her develop and grow over the first year of her life.

Dan will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will be remembered fondly by his many loved ones.
