My deepest sympathy to Dan's family, he was a very good hearted man. We worked together for many years and caught up a few months ago at Walmart. We laughed about all the characters in our previous jobs and where we ended up. So sad to read about this accident but I am sure he is in a better place, RIP my friend.

Sincere deep regrets to the Family of Dan. What a great guy. Loving, kind, giving. He earned his Wings here on Earth, being who he was. In the last year he has brought so many of the Fairmount people back together that lost contact for 40 years. All just to be who He is, a Prince among us. The last few times I saw him, we laughed, talked about the past and he never failed to make a person feel special. RIP Dan, For Your Work On Earth Is Done, Play those drums for the Angels to sing with you buddy. No more lessons, just Music, sweet music. Hugs, Beverly Gibson Menendez

My heart goes out to the children and family of Daniel. So many a Sat. morning when the Cheezan came bowling; their father was there to support them and cheer them on. always smiling so proud of both of them. Never once did I see Him unhappy or yell at them cause they bowled bad. He never question when I asked for help, He always was there for what ever was needed of Him. then came the night that His parents had a fun raiser for Danny; the look of sorrow He had I in His eyes, worrying about what will happened next to His son. But when He saw all the support they got from family, friends, and just people who wanted to help. It made the sorrow fad a bit. for through the years all the help and kindness He gave to others, came back 3 times the fold. Those that read these words, read them with a smile on your face; for this Man had a heart of gold, and never turned His back one anyone or any reason. Ashley, Danny be proud of this Man cause You couldn't ask for a better friend/father if You had order one. Lovin memories will fill Your hearts and put smiles on your faces. Love you both Cathy Bowen
