Mr. Daniel Mac Dobbins

Graveside services for Daniel Mac Dobbins will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Stroud Cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Daniel Mac Dobbins, born on March 5, 1981, died in a car accident in Pensacola, Florida, on the night of April 29, 2013. Throughout the 32 years of his life, Daniel fought through much adversity with an overcoming spirit and a determination to live life to the fullest. He was a person who knew how to love unconditionally and be a true friend. He had a beautiful smile that illuminated wherever he was. Daniel loved his family with all of his heart and becoming a part of his circle of friends meant becoming part of his family. Prior to going to be with the Lord, he lived in Pensacola, Florida, and was employed as a manager of Outback Steakhouse Incorporated. He loved living in Florida along the beaches, kayaking beautiful springs, playing golf, and just hanging out with friends and family. He is survived by his parents, Donnie and Becky Dobbins; an older brother, Jeremey Donn Dobbins; grandmothers, Mary Alice Dobbins and Mildred Alice Ivy; and his loyal partner and friend: his dog, Marley. He was the grandson of the late Frank Dobbins and the late Robert Earl Ivy. Stretching outward from that family tree of life were precious uncles, aunts, cousins, and a countless multitude of friends who were honored to have known him. Because of his captivating warmth and personality, those who met Daniel couldn't help but love him. His life will be forever celebrated due to the positive impact he had on so many and forever missed by all who knew him.
