Daniel Edmiston Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 8, 2024.
Daniel Jesse Edmiston, 58, of Richmond, CA, passed away on January 16, 2024. He was born on September 22, 1965, in San Francisco, CA to Linda and Joseph Edmiston. Dan, as he preferred to be called, was a beloved father, grandfather, and brother.

Dan was known for his love of sports. As a child, he had a love for martial arts and was often inspired by Bruce Lee. Dan loved to watch sporting events of all kinds and could provide statistical data about a sport or athlete at the drop of a hat.

Dan is survived by his loving daughter, Christina Edmiston, and his grandchildren, Jaanai Eddens, Messiah Edmiston-Blue, and Rajah Edmiston. He also leaves behind his brothers, Michael Edmiston, and Kyle Edmiston Sr. Dan also leaves behind his niece and nephews.

Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Edmiston whom he loved dearly. While he may no longer be with us, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

"We are reminded how short life really is, and how we are just passing through. So, all the people you haven't told you love lately, tell them, and live your days like you mean it." – Hal Sutton

Please keep the Edmiston family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May Dan's soul rest in eternal peace.
