I cannot believe it has been almost 10 years since Dan passed away. I always looked forward to seeing him (and his wonderful family) when I came up to Pittsburgh.
I always enjoyed seeing him,, and he came from a great family that cared for him deeply. Dan is in a much better place with the lord, and he and Uncle Bill are always in my thoughts .

I knew Dan from the "Center for New Hope and Life" the drop-in center at Mayview. I was the coordinator there and got to know Dan well. He sometimes would play Connect IV with me or one of the staff. He also loved music and talked abou this days playing the drums. I wanted to express my personal sympathy to his family. Peer Support and Advocacy Network, the organization for whom I work is sending a donation to NAMI, in Washington PA. in memory of Dan.

I knew Dan for several years when I worked at Mayview Hospital. I worked in recreation and spent many an evening visiting with Dan and discussing activities that brought him happiness. I also remember meeting Dan's father and was upset when he passed away. I have lost a brother and a son so I can truely understand your sadness at this time. I will never forget Dan's smiling face.
My deepest sympathy,
Jill Pezzino

To the Geisler family,
I have been freinds with Carolyn Geisler Lustfield for many years through the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization. I did not know Dan, but had spoken with Carolyn over the years of him. I have met his mother, grandfather and other siblings and have come to realize the love they share for each other and especially Dan.
It is very difficult to loose a brother and especially a son. May you find peace in prayer and know that Dan is in a better place.
My deepest sympathy,
Zita Vennare

To the Geisler family,
I remember spending time with Dan as a child, and I remember seeing him again years later.
I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with him , and I always prayed that everything would be better for Him.
Dan had a family that loved him and always wanted the best for him , and many
people will miss him. .
However, Dan is now in a better place, and I am sure he is watching over his family and friends here on earth.
I will always have good memories of Dan playing the guitar, and I am sure he is in heaven playing the guitar right now.
God Bless,
My thoughts and prayers to his family,
Russell Schuchman and family
