At his daughter's Acworth, GA home on Monday, May 2, 2011, Daniel M., age 86, of Robinson Twp., and McKees Rocks. Preceded in death by beloved wife of 63 years, Lenore I.; dear father of Daniel O. (Connie) Harbaugh and Lynn I. (Bill) Waldrop; loving grandfather of Brett and Julia Harbaugh and Tyler, Matthew and Natoshia Waldrop; brother of Della Conrad and the late Marie Patterson, James Harbaugh and Walter Harbaugh. Dan served his country in World War II in the South Pacific aboard the Carrier Lexington CV-16; a self employed general contractor, then Supervisor of Maintenance for the Montour School District from 1977-1993. Member of the Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church. Member of Chartiers Valley Masonic Lodge Chapter 725 and Syria Shriners. Dan lived his life serving others in his community until he moved to live with his loving daughter, Lynn, in Georgia. He always had time to talk about and spend time with his grandchildren. Friends received at the STOVER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 534 Island Ave., McKees Rocks on Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. Lodge #725 F.&A.M. service Friday at 7 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to his church, Ken Mawr U.P. Church, 1760 Pine Hollow Rd., McKees Rocks, PA 15136, or Syria Shriners Roadrunners Transportation Fund. Syria Shriners Center, 1877 Shriners Way, Cheswick, PA 15024-1075.

Dear Dan Lynn and Family
Our deepest sympathy on the passing of your father and grandfather. Dan was our neighbor across the street for 12 years when we lived in Robinson. He was such a kind, generous, and friendly person. We were lucky to have your mom and dad as neighbors. They were very special people, they will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
