Carol, Rhonda, Beth and Lori
I have just received word of Mr. Hartley’s passing, I am truly sorry for your loss. I also would like to extend my apologies that I can’t be in Charleston to personally to give you this message. Wayne and your family have been such a loving part of our family for so many years. Wayne will truly be missed by anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing him, because he knew and lived Christ’s message of "Love Thy Neighbor". My father (Norman) as well as my mother (Sandra) still tells wonderful stories of Wayne and how generous of man he was to all that knew him. Though some years have gone by, his influence and friendship will always be a part of my family.
May we forever be in his debt.
Blessings,
Keith Turbeville

Dear Carol, Pearl and I, with the deepest regrets read the notice in the paper. I am so very sorry that we have not kept in touch over the years. I have reviewed from memory some of the many things that are still so fresh in my mind. I've always had such love and respect for you and Wayne. We have had to adjust to our loss of our son Bill and our daughter Cindy. With Gods help and all of our prayers our thoughts will be with you.
