MORRIS - On February 25th 2007, peacefully in St Catherine's Nursing Home, GERTRUDE (TRUDY) aged 76 years. Beloved Wife of the late GEORGE, loving Partner of the late GEOFF, much loved Mum of Tina, devoted Nana of Matthew, a loving Sister, Aunt and special Friend to many. Why did you give no hint that night, That quickly after the morrows dawn, And calmly, as if indifferent quite, You would close your term here, Up and be gone, Where I could not follow....... Cortege to leave Hardmans McManus Chapel, 117 St George's Road, on Friday March 9th at 9.45am, for Requiem Mass in St Edmund's Church at 10.00am, prior to interment at Heaton Cemetery at 11.00am.
