I was a blessing of laughter and love to have met Dan. He was a character of a man. It was not hard to tell the love he had for Aunt Joan. Not just her, but her whole family. Lots of heart felt love and prayers from the Southern McElwee clan.

I will miss the good and honest discussions We had over the years. He was a unique person and will be missed by many. My sympathy prayers to the family.

Dan was a good man, and family member. He will be missed....
