Glad I met Dan, we had some good golf games. I remember visiting the Couch Point home. He was a legend before we met. He lived life. Thanks for the good times and memories. Blessings to all the family, peace be with you all.

I am truly saddened by Danny's premature passing. He was a great friend, teammate and co-worker (summer) for many years. For this, I consider myself to have been truly blessed. Rest in peace, Dan.

Danny's often quiet demeanour belayed an absolutely fierce competitive intensity on ice. These days everybody talks about "compete level", Danny was way ahead of that curve in that regard & that most often inspired the rest of us on the Bulldozers. Personally he took me under his wing when I first got the privilege to represent our town with him. He showed unbelievable human decency toward others. Danny thank you and God bless. It is such a difficult time for so many people. Dan was a great guy and I loved him. We will always remember the great times and laughs we had with him. His children were fortunate to have had a great Dad. He was part of our family for so long and we will miss him so much.
