I always looked forward to speaking with Mr Millican whenever I visited my classmates/friends -Delano and Delandro and family. He always had a smile on his face with insightful and witty comments. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with him and he always made me laugh. He was very wise with a magnetic personality!
Mrs. Millican, Pam, Delano, Delandro, Chris, Cierra -my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Mr. Millican will always live in your hearts forever!
