PRUNTY Daniel Edward, of Natick, March 5, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Maria (Nuzzi). Loving father of Cynthia Nuzzi Prunty, Daniel J. Prunty, Peter E. Prunty and his wife, Wendy and Edward F. Prunty and his wife, Suzanne. The oldest of ten children, he is survived by his siblings Lois Egan, Priscilla Flanagan, Katherine Stein, Ann Clough, and Edward Prunty, six grandchildren: Robyn and Amanda, Hailey and Nicholas, Austin and Meredith, two great grandchildren, Keegan and Kailey, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings Sylvester Prunty, Michael Prunty, Patrick Prunty, and Mary Martin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 10 at 10:00 A.M. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd., Wellesley, followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham. Visiting hours Sunday from 3:00-6:00 P.M. at the Henry J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 56 Washington St., WELLESLEY. Mr. Prunty was a proud veteran of the US Army, having served during the Korean War.
