To Danny's family and Angela,
My deepest sympathy to the family for the loss of a dear son. I have met Danny on many occasions through Angela as I am a friend of the Martin family. As I was also a volunteer at the General Campus Hospital I have visited him when he was a patient this Spring. I also had the pleasure of meeting his mother. The few times I met him, I found him to be a very nice and kind young man. May God bless his family and Angela and give them all the strength to go through such a big loss. He will always be remembered by those he loved. My prayers are with you.

On this day I am sadden to hear the departures of someone that had one of the greatest personalities, someone who loved life, a young boy who loved music and best of all he had no fear. My condolence goes out to your family as they did not deserve this lost. You were and are a great person and you now at peace with god. I know you are looking down telling us you are okay. Life on earth will not be the same without you and your family and friend will deeply miss you. I will miss you. Danny was always positive I have never seen him angry I remember once in hight school someone keyed his car and the way he dealt with the situation just shows how great of a guy he was if thats not proof enough try finding a picture where Danny is not smiling. I only met you when you were a baby in his craddle at Gloria's pizza where I had my first pizza delivery job in 1987. Your mom used to bring you with her to work and we the drivers used to watch you when she was busy making dough. I can't believe your life was cut short at such a young age. May God rest your soul and grant your family a strength to carry on without you. It is truely saddening and heart breaking to see you go.

Dearest Gloria
How very sad that Danny has left this earth. While I did not know him, I know that your carryed his cross and him at times since he was diagnosed. He swas blessed to have had such devoted, caring and thoughtful sister. You and your family can be proud of how your rose to the challenge! Take time to grieve. I'm so sorry! My condolenceses to his family. I have known Danny since he was a little boy. As a friend to my son Sean and daughter Jenna since kindergarden. My best memory of Danny, is of him in the back seat of my van with all the other kids. He was such a happy boy. He broke out into song, swaying back and forth with that happy smile, not caring what anyone thought...I was so impressed and happy to see such uninhibited joy coming from someone so young. We'll all miss him and his wonderful smile.
