Danny was born September 11, 1942 and passed away December 11, 2014. His funeral will be 11 a.m., Monday, at Brooks South Town Chapel at Sunset Memorial Gardens, where visitation will begin at 10.
Danny is survived by his children: Dan Owens (Darla), Donny Owens (Vicky Wirtz), Lisa Brown (Troy), Shad Owens (Christine Keltner), and Deedee Smith; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Jimmy Trower.

I worked with Danny for many years. This breaks my heart to hear of his passing. He would always try to get someone to go get him a hot sausage sandwich... At 8 am! He was a great guy, boss and friend!
