Darby BAILEY Obituary
Darby Carroll Bailey entered into the arms of our Savior on Friday, September 16, 2016, at the age of 55, after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. His devotion to his family and friends, and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace. Darby was born on November 16, 1960, in W.P.B., FL, and was a resident of Jupiter, FL. He was a graduate of Palm Beach Gardens High school and was on the dean's list at Lake City Community College. Upon earning his degree, in Landscape Design, he began his career as an accomplished Landscape designer and established his company "Black Diamond Maintenance". Darby had an insatiable thirst for life and he lived his to the fullest. He had a heart of gold and an immeasurable love for his family and friends. He was noble in his thoughts and actions and expected nothing in return for his efforts. He gave joy and comfort to all of those around him with his contagious laughter and sparkling eyes. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Verdye (Carroll) Bailey, his brother Dana E. Hagan, his sister Dallas E. Moss (Robert J. II), his nephew Robert J. Moss III and niece Bailey C. Moss, and a multitude of precious family and friends as well as his beloved dogs. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 1:30p.m. at First Baptist Church of Lake Park, 625 Park Ave., Lake Park, FL 33403. In lieu of flowers please send donations to a nonprofit pediatric cancer organization or a charity of your choice.

Just getting back into town and finding out about my friend Darby. I am so saddened to hear we have lost a great man! Darby won my heart the first time I ran into him and was lucky to have spent a lot of great times together. My condolences to his family. My condolences to friends and family. Darby was a great boss. He taught me to work very hard but was always fun. I'll never forget him playing air-piano with extreme gusto on the dash of his f-150 when Lynyrd Skynyrd came on the radio. Heaven's garden will surely be more beautiful now.

So sad to hear of Darby's passing. Time is too short and I will always cherish the fun times we had. His laugh was infectious and he was always so compassionate. I take comfort knowing he is no longer suffering. Rest in Peace old friend.
