Darrin Creech was one of a kind growing up in Anderson Mill and being a little younger than him he was someone I looked up to and man that smile. Although we were not all that close in our adult life that still resonates with me. RIP my friend

Anytime I’d see Darrin he always had a big ole smile on his face. I will always appreciate all of our heart to heart conversations for the 7 years I knew him. It was a pleasure my friend, see you on the other side.

My earliest memory: fighting my younger brother Daniel, age 12, to be the first one to get to this new kid Darrin´s house down the street and around the corner. "No, he´s my friend!" I said "No, he´s my grade!" my brother retorted back. Well, thank God, both of us became life-long and best friends to this fun-loving, big-hearted kid from Kentucky. I love you Darrin, rest-in-peace and in God´s almighty, everlasting providence.

I will always remember Darrin´s feathery hair in high school. I will also remember how he and his friends tormented me on the bus because I was from Pittsburgh and loved my Steelers. We took a trip down memory lane not too long ago when I sold my mom´s house in Anderson Mill as we lived across the street from the Creeches for many years. He was one of a kind and loved his family and friend fiercely.

Darrin was a class act since the first time I met him, Always had that smile and would lend an ear to anyone who needed it. Love You Brother RIP
