David Alan Freeman Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 30, 2025.
David Alan Freeman, 69, passed away on March 29, 2025 in Des Plaines, Illinois. Born on March 16, 1956 in Honolulu and raised in Skokie, Illinois, David lived a life defined by individuality.

David was the beloved husband of Gail (née Kuppig). He was the cherished son of Ursula Jean Freeman and the late Jack Freeman. He is lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Lois Martin; sister Judy Berenz; brothers Steven Freeman and Dennis (Ludvina) Freeman; nephew Jaynard Jaren Freeman; sister-in-law and brother-law Karen (née Kuppig) and Mark Myrent, niece Emily (Brendan) Doyle, and nephew Noah (Erin) Myrent.

Music was a lifelong passion for David. Whether listening to his favorite records or sharing songs with others, music remained a constant source of joy throughout his life. He also had a deep appreciation for motorcycles and Mustangs, embracing the freedom and excitement they brought.

David's presence left a lasting impression on those who knew him. His unique spirit was unmistakable, and he lived life on his own terms.

May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing and serve as a tribute to a life well-lived. Keep on truckin'.
