I had almost all of my baking and pastry classes with Chef Beckwith, he was an amazing person with an undeniable sense of style and a deep conviction in what he believed in. He said to me...its love/hate when you are too alike... I have used that thinking since, and it has improved my communications in many areas of my life. I'm sorry to hear of his passing he will be missed. Thank You Chef!

Chef Beckwith was my first mentor, he truly helped me refine my cooking, my plating, he had so much passion for life. I am so sad to hear of his passing. There were so many more conversations I wished to have. Thank you, chef.

David Beckwith was the greatest person I ever had a chance to meet, and learning from him was not only a wonderful experience, but a magical delight! Not only a teacher, but a mentor and wonderful friend. I will miss our conversations, your smile, your laugh, your personality, you! RIP Chef
