David Thomas Benedict-Caswell

VOORHEESVILLE David Thomas Benedict-Caswell, 46, of State Farm Rd., died Friday, July 7, 2006 at the Albany Medical Center Hospital. David was an avid painter and artist. He was the son of Sylvia Amsler Caswell of Voorheesville and the late Burton Caswell; nephew of John and Joan Fusco of Rutland, Vt., Roland and Christa Eberhard of Voorheesville and Claus Geiger of Waterford, who was considered like a brother; and grandson of the late Chester Amsler and Betty Grochal. Other survivors are several cousins, including Debi and Charles Dayton and his dear cousin, Howard (Sonny) Amsler; and his close personal friend and caretaker, Bonnie Schmidt. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Voorheesville on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. All other services will be private.
